Light Show: Can-Do Spirit in a Small Town
Sometimes small towns need to stretch the truth to compete with the big guys. This one is real and a source of enormous pride and major participation by individual citizens as well as community groups. We call it Community Christmas. It runs from Thanksgiving to New Years Day, and at last count, we were over FIVE MILLION lights covering the entire 68 acres of Harter Park HERE'S PROOF!

Grand Lake St. Marys and State Park
Located 37 miles northeast of Union City, Grand Lake St. Marys is 13,500 acres--largest made made lake in Ohio. Activities include boating, fishing, water skiing, camping, hiking and hunting. Lakeside homes are available to rent or own. Camping can be rustic or or rented woodland bungalows. Boats can be rented, stored in marinas or loaded via 9 ramps scattered around the lake.
